Dash 8 Fever

i downloaded the premeier aircraft design Dash 8 202 and 400 variants and it comes with a few default  textures like quantas and alaska horizon, but you can find alot of liveries for both of them at their site and on flightsim.com  etc...

Ive downloaded the canadian north  and porter and a few other paintjobs and i really like them and have been flying with them  ever since. I had joined alaska virtual back about a year ago and i had almost forgot about it but then i flew again at the start of march and well the rest is history. i fly the dash 8 q400 with them as well as the 73G and the 738 734 and 733. but it is the dash 8 that i love...if its long enough i can set a/p and let it go for a while and check ite out every little while.


Nowadays the dash 8 versions have been bought by bombardier so they arent dehavilland anymore. after 30 years on the flight lines or with different airlines...

i did a flight just with the ceo of alaskavirtual the other night, ksea-ksmo. i flew a few minites ahead of him and landed about 10 minutes ahead of him. I had a really good flight and i was going to record the landing but i logged out of fs9 and forgot to so anyways...


as well as all of the aircraft ive talked about i found a westjet encore paintjob and am bout to do my 1st flight today...its awesome

I also joined a new va BAW virtual, with virtual-airlines.com and plan to do a flight or two later tomorrow or soon...anyways....

ive been flying into and out of tffj, tried yesterday to land a dc-9 at tffj but the weather was really bad

something i should have done when i uploaded them

im going through each fs video i have on yourube and adding FS9 I xxxxxx, and adding descriptions on how to get the scenery and the aircraft on the internet

also fixing spelling, capitalization and other things. this may prove to be be a long night

A year in Flight

I had a really good year of  flying this year. I started a RTW flight from KSEA and have made it 1/2 way around the world, the last place I made it to was to LGSK (Skiathos).I will plan to get going soon...I have been doing the full flight with the 1977 American Airlines 727 from HJG. It was supposed to be just a tour around the US but ended up being a tour around the world.

SVMI-SBGR (almost had not made it to sbgr, had to land at SWGN, with an almost John5700 Landing!!

so I haven't flwn anywhere so far

727 World Tour

I started at KSFO on this 727 tour, just after the asiana 777 crash. I wasn't sure how far i would go, maybe just around the outline of america or all of north america but i ended up starting a round the world tour

And in between SVMI and SBGR my aircraft ran out of fuel and i had no place nearby to land. I ended up finding this little strip in the middle of nowhere in brazil  i landed but drifted a bit at SWGN  and couldnt get my  engines started.

Recent Flights With Buffalo

I suppose that i could spend a long time talking about this, But i dont.

Ive been flying with BAV alot around cywg and am now heading back to CYQF in the CL215 and there was a time just recently where i didnt think i was going to make t back to cyqf or cyzf. I tried to fly to cyul in cl215 but somewhere over ontario the fs cfashed or I closed it...

So I had two other ways of getting back to base. Either go KORD in electra or CZJN In the 215. So since the montreal flight was not working and the chicago flight was to long i thought id fly the czjn flights...

So far its been

So next flight will be dc-3 to cyzf from cyqf after i land and fuel
